Who we are
Founder
​
Amy Valenzuela is a Certified Public Accountant born and raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. United States. She is a graduate of Towson University and currently holds an active CPA license with the States of Maryland & Virginia.
As an U.S. expatriate herself, she understands the tax/accounting complexities and needs of the international community.
Ms. Valenzuela's professional background is quite diverse - with an abundance of experience in various industries, such as financial services, retail, software/hardware technology, alternative energy and real estate. She has garnered this breadth of industry experiences, having served as an employee, external auditor and as a management consultant throughout her career.
She began her career in public accounting in various Washington D.C. - based CPA firms providing tax advisory and audit services. Ms. Valenzuela has served in corporate roles as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance & Controller within the United States & Europe.
In January 2015, after carving out a successful decade long management consulting practice in the U.S., she fulfilled her lifelong dream - to work in Europe and return to her public accounting roots - expanding her client base to include both U.S. and internationally based individuals and businesses.

We are a full-range tax and accounting service provider based out of Berlin, Germany & Washington D.C. USA, specializing in cases involving U.S. citizens with foreign tax issues, as well as non-U.S. residents who may need to file taxes in the United States.
We also service international business clients requiring financial reporting in accordance to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
